Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the fergus.kz website collects, why, and who it is shared with. The site keeps no user database, shows no advertising and sets no tracking cookies.
Who processes your data
The data controller is FERGUS. The postal address and email are given on the Contact page of this site. For any question about your data, write to the address shown there.
The contact form
When you submit the form we receive the name, company, email, phone, subject and message you enter, plus the language of the page you sent it from. We need this only in order to reply, and use it for nothing else. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence.
Who your data reaches
Your message is delivered to our mailbox through Resend (running on Amazon SES, region eu-west-1, Ireland). The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers process technical request logs including IP address. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
The website itself stores nothing: it only sends your message on as an email. From there the message lives in our work mailbox for as long as the correspondence and any resulting business relationship require. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies of its own. Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which collects anonymous page-view statistics, uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. The Contact page embeds a Yandex map — a third-party service which, once loaded, may set its own cookies and process data under its own terms.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to the address on the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time. Processing follows the Republic of Kazakhstan law "On Personal Data and its Protection"; for enquiries from the EU, GDPR requirements apply as well.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or which services we use changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
